워드프레스 5.5가 2020년 8월 11일 배포가 시작될 예정입니다. 4.X에서 5.0으로 업데이트 될때와 같은 큰 업데이트가 적용이 되지는 않을 것으로 보입니다만 X.5 라는 버전은 작은 업데이트들이 포함될 것을 이야기 합니다. 워드프레스 5.5가 출시되기 전에 대략적인 업데이트 내용을 알아보았습니다. 블록에디터 개선 및 기능 추가 이제는 안정화 되어 사용하기에 적당해진 블록에디터, 처음 배포가 되었을때를 생각하면 끔직합니다만 지금은 사용하기에 나쁘지 않습니다. 블록 디렉토리 기능를 비롯하여 이미지 에디팅 기능이 추가된다고 합니다. 이 외에도 개선이 된다고 하는데, 사실 이 블록에디터는 워드프레스 5.5 배포 이후 사용해 봐야 체감을 할 수 있을 듯 합니다. 플러그인 및 테마의 자동 업데이트 기능 현재..
